The Graceland difference
We are the only ones in the industry of portable buildings that use Hurricane clips on both, the trusses and the floor joists.
Our wall studs are on 16" centers and not on 24" More wood = stronger. The portable garage is built with the floor joists on 12" centers. Here in the West Texas area we often get some extreme weather conditions which include hail and strong winds. A metal roof will stand up better to the elements with less maintenance. Anchoring service is available ask dealer for details. We offer the Metal roof in 6 different colors: Ivy Green, Rustic Red, Koko Brown, Galvalume, Gallery Blue, Saddle Tan.

Graceland's Exclusive Patented Aluminum Soffit Vents extend total length of soffit on both side of each of our portable buildings. This allows our building to be cooler and drier inside than any other product on the market.

Rent to Own /
Lease to Own
We offer the best Rent to Own(RTO) program in the industry. If you need storage but don't want to drive to a storage facility every time you need something, consider our rent to own program. You can rent our buildings and have them delivered to your house or place of business. For example, you wanted to rent a storage building, you would just locate one of our dealers, do a little paperwork, and make a deposit (2 or 3 payments up front, depending on 36 month or 60 month plan). If the building is on the lot you could have it in about 7-10 working days. Let's just say for example you went with the 36 month RTO. In three years the building would be yours with a certificate of ownership. You can't do that if you rented one at storage facility. Now you have equity in the building, saved money on gas by not having to go the rental facility, not to mention time. On the other hand if you only need the building for a year, just let us know and we'll pick it up. Either way you save gas, money, time and a lot of hassle.
Our delivery fleet operates with custom built tilt bed trailers and uses a portable hydraulic Mule to easily place the building in the most desired position with minimal damage to your lawn.
